Meet the Team

The project team directly involved in the proposed Lissinagroagh Wind Farm includes a dedicated in-house team that works with an engineering consultant, complemented by FuturEnergy Ireland specialists in areas such as grid, stakeholder management, ecology and planning.

Tom Costello

Community Liaison Officer

Tom worked as Coillte forest manager for over 30 years before becoming involved in community liaison work across the FuturEnergy Ireland portfolio. He has extensive experience in Community Benefit Funds, Near Neighbour Schemes and Energy Efficiency Schemes and takes pride in seeing how these initiatives can boost a rural community.

Shane Lowry

Stakeholder Manager

Shane brings many years of service experience across different sectors to his role. From his experience as a Community Liaison Officer and in his present role, he feels strongly that individuals and communities should be continually kept up to date on a local project and have ease of access in contacting the project team.

Emer Campbell

Emer Campbell

Project Manager

Emer has over 20 years’ experience delivering environmental programmes and projects in Australia and Ireland. She has a background in environmental science and is passionate about delivering projects that benefit local communities and help to meet Ireland’s climate targets.

Eamonn Keavney

Community Liaison Officer

Eamonn worked with Coillte in all aspects of forestry during a 40-year tenure. He has vast experience of forestry and comes with a deep understanding of both the community and the needs of the local area. In his role as CLO, Eamonn enjoys getting out in the community where he can meet, talk and listen to people.
